不同风信子品种杂交亲和性及胚拯救 被引量:2

Hybrid Affinity and Embryo Rescue of Different Hyacinth Varieties

摘要 本研究以21个风信子园艺品种为材料,配置51个杂交组合,以坐果率、平均种子数和有胚率判定不同品种间的杂交亲和性。以‘奥斯塔雷’(‘Ostara’)ב软糖’(‘Fondant’)杂交的杂交种子为试验材料研究胚拯救培养基。结果显示:51个杂交组合中有23个组合杂交亲和性较高,其有胚率大于50%,7个组合未收获种子或杂种胚。对比研究得出,适宜风信子杂种胚拯救的培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg·L^(-1)+IBA0.1 mg·L^(-1)+水解酪蛋白150 mg·L^(-1)+谷氨酰胺50 mg·L^(-1)。51个杂交组合中,有23个组合坐果率、有胚率也相当可观,杂交亲和性比较高。其他8个杂交组合有6个杂交组合没有获得杂种胚,说明风信子种子存在胚败育现象。 Twenty-one hyacinth horticultural cultivars were used as materials and 51 cross combinations were allocated to determine the cross compatibility among different cultivars by fruit setting rate,average seed number and embryo rate.The hybrid seeds of‘Ostara’and‘Fondant’were used as experimental materials to study embryo rescue medium.The results showed that 23 of 51 cross combinations had higher cross compatibility,with embryo rate more than 50%,and 7 combinations did not harvest seeds or hybrid embryos.The results showed that the suitable medium for hyacinth hybrid embryo rescue was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L^-1+IBA 0.1 mg/L^-1+hydrolyzed casein 150 mg/L^-1+glutamine 50 mg/L^-1.Among the 51 cross combinations,23 combinations had considerable fruit setting rate and embryonic rate,and had high cross compatibility.Six of the other 28 cross combinations did not obtain hybrid embryos,which indicated that hyacinth seeds had embryo abortion.
