腋下搔刮联合负压抽吸治疗腋臭及临床组织学依据

The therapeutic effects and histological basis of armpit scrapping combined with negative pressure aspiration in treatment of osmidrosis

目的探讨腋下搔刮联合负压抽吸治疗腋臭及临床组织学依据。方法腋下搔刮联合负压抽吸清除破坏顶泌腺,术中局部取材做病理切片寻求组织学证据。结果 30例患者治愈20例(66.6%)、有效7例(23.3%)、显效3例(1.0%)、无效0例,所有患者术后术区皮肤存活良好。结论腋下搔刮联合负压抽吸治疗腋臭疗效确切,组织学观察证据明确。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and histological basis of armpit scrapping combined with negative pressure aspiration in treatment of osmidrosis.Methods The apocrine glands of patients with osmidrosis were destroyed by armpit scrapping combined with negative pressure aspiration,and the histopathological sections were obtained during operation for histological evidence.Results Among 30 patients with osmidrosis,20 patients(66%)were cured,7 patients were valid(23%),3 patients were excellent(1%),and 0 patient was invalid(0).All the patients had good skin survival in surgical site after operation.Conclusion The armpit scrapping combined with negative pressure aspiration is effective in treating osmidrosis,with definite histological evidence.
