PICC专科门诊对肿瘤PICC置管患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

Effects of PICC specialism clinic on the negative emotion and life quality of tumor patients with PICC

目的观察PICC专科门诊对肿瘤PICC置管患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月行PICC置管和维护的肿瘤患者90例,根据入住科室的不同,90例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组于病区内接受PICC置管和维护,观察组于PICC专科门诊接受PICC置管和维护,比较2组负性情绪、疼痛情况、社会心理适应能力和生活质量情况。结果护理前2组SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分、HPLP评分和QLQ-C30评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后2组SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分、QLQ-C30评分中症状领域评分、单项领域评分均显著低于护理前,HPLP评分、QLQ-C30评分中功能领域评分、总体健康状况评分均显著高于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分、症状领域评分、单项领域评分低于对照组,HPLP评分、功能领域评分、总体健康状况评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为肿瘤患者设立PICC专科门诊能够有效减轻肿瘤PICC置管患者负性情绪和疼痛状况,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effects of PICC specialism clinic on the negative emotion and life quality of tumor patients with PICC.Methods A total of 90 patients with tumors who enderwent PICC in our hospital from Junne 2017 to Junne 2018 were enrolled in the studys,who were divided into the observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)according to the different departments in which who were admitted and treated.The patients in control group received PICC catheterization in the admission department,while the patients in observation group received PICC catheterization in PICC specialism clinic,then the negative emotion,pain degree,psychosocial adaptability and life quality were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of SDS,SAS,VAS,HPLP and QLQ-C30 between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing the scores of SDS,SAS,VAS,symptom domain scores and single domain scores in both groups were significantly decreased,as compared with those before nursing,however,the HPLP scores,functional domain and general health status scores were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05).Moreover the scores of SDS,SAS,VAS,symptom domain scores and single domain scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the HPLP scores,functional domain scores and general health status scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PICC specialism clinic can relieve the negative emotion and pain degree of patients with tumors undergoing PICC,which can improve the life quality,therefor,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
