血管生成相关分子标记物与急性脑梗死患者颈动脉颅外段狭窄相关性研究 被引量:12

Relevance study between angiogenesis-related molecular markers and carotid artery extracranial stenosis in acute cerebral infarction patients

摘要 目的:探讨血管生成相关分子标记物即血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)和血管生成素(Ang)与急性脑梗死(CI)患者颈动脉颅外段狭窄及狭窄程度的相关性。方法:选取住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者225例(脑梗死组),根据颈动脉超声检查结果有无颈动脉颅外段狭窄分为无狭窄组(61例)和狭窄组(164例),根据颈动脉狭窄程度分为:轻度狭窄组(71例)、中度狭窄组(46例)和重度狭窄组(47例)。选取同期体检健康者145例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清VEGF、FGF、PLGF和Ang水平,进行比较分析。结果:①与对照组比较,脑梗死组血清VEGF、FGF、PLGF和Ang水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。与无狭窄组比较,狭窄组血清VEGF、FGF、PLGF和Ang水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。中、重度狭窄组血清VEGF、FGF、PLGF和Ang水平明显高于轻度狭窄组,重度狭窄组上述指标要高于中度狭窄组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。②Pearson相关分析显示VEGF、FGF、PLGF和Ang水平与颈动脉颅外段狭窄程度呈正相关(r值分别为0.653、0.612、0.663、0.578,均P<0.01)。结论:VEGF、FGF、PLGF和Ang增高与急性脑梗死患者颈动脉颅外段狭窄及狭窄程度密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the relationships between angiogenesis-related molecular markers vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), placental growth factor (PLGF), angiotensin (Ang) and carotid artery extracranial stenosis and stenosis degree in acute cerebral infarction (CI) patients. Methods:A total of 225 patients with acute cerebral infarction (cerebral infarction group) admitted to hospital, According to the results of ultrasound, there were divided into non-stenosis (61cases)and stenosis group (164cases). The stenosis group were divided into slight stenosis group (71cases), moderate stenosis group (46cases) and severe stenosis group (47cases) according to the degree of stenosis. 145 healthy people during the same were selected as the control group. The levels of VEGF, FGF, PLGF and Ang Were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and were compared among the groups. Results :① Compared with the control group, the levels of VEGF, FGF, PLGF and Ang in the cerebral infarction group were significantly increased,and showed statistically significant differences (all P <0.01). Compared with the non-stenosis group, the levels of VEGF, FGF, PLGF and Ang showed significantly increased in the stenosis group (all P<0.01). The levels of VEGF, FGF, PLGF and Ang in the moderate and severe stenosis group showed significantly higher than slight stenosis group. The above indexes in the severe stenosis group showed higher than moderate stenosis group, showed statistically significant differences (all P <0.01).②Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of VEGF, FGF, PLGF, Ang were positively correlated with the degree of extracranial stenosis of the carotid artery (r values were 0.653, 0.612, 0.663, 0.578, P <0.01). Conclusion:The increase of VEGF, FGF, PLGF and Ang is closely related to the degree of stenosis and stenosis of extracranial carotid artery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
