摘要 目的探讨宫腔粘连患者的子宫内膜组织中HAb18G及ER的表达情况,为宫腔粘连发病机制提供理论依据。方法通过对因"中度宫腔粘连"在江西省妇幼保健院行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术的患者120例,在进行宫腔镜宫腔粘连分离术(TCRA)中以环状电极刮取粘连组织周围的子宫内膜作为观察组,同时取少许正常子宫内膜作为对照组。采用免疫组化方法检测两组子宫内膜组织中HAb18G、ER的表达情况。结果⑴HAb18G、ER的表达部位:HAb18G主要表达在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的胞浆中,观察组和对照组子宫内膜腺上皮细胞胞浆中HAb18G有不同程度表达,观察组中表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ER在观察组中表达明显低于对照组。观察组子宫内膜腺上皮细胞核上的ER表达程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在宫腔粘连患者的正常子宫内膜中,HAb18G表达明显低于宫腔粘连组织周围的内膜中,表明宫腔粘连的发生与HAb18G产生的成纤维作用相关。另宫腔粘连组织中ER表达低于正常子宫内膜组织中表达,表明宫腔粘连的形成可能与局部低雌激素相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of HAb18G and ER in endometrial tissue of patients with intrauterine adhesion,to provide a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of intrauterine adhesion. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HAb18G and ER in two groups,observation group is intrauterine adhension tissue. and the control group is endometrial tissue. Results The differences in expression were analyzed statistically. The expression of HAb18G positive rate was higher in control group (P<0.01). The expression rate of ER was significantly higher in observation group (P<0.01). Conclusion In normal endometrium of patients with intrauterine adhesion,HAb18G expression was significantly lower than that in intrauterine adhesion tissue,indicating that it was related to the generation of intrauterine adhesion. On the contrary,ER expresion was lower in intrauterine adhesion tissue,indicating that intrauterine adhesion may be associated with loacal hypostimulatory hormone.
