摘要
基于AVE型油气混合器的结构做了相关改进,介绍了该混合器的工作原理,利用AMESim仿真软件建立了该混合器的模型,并通过该模型分析了相关参数对混合器动态工作特性的影响。结果表明:供油时间、主阀质量(主阀质量小于100 g时)和球阀弹簧预紧力增大会使混合器出口流量增大,球阀弹簧刚度增大会降低出口流量;供油时间和主阀弹簧刚度会引起出口流量波动;主阀弹簧刚度和球阀弹簧预紧力增大会引起气液两相流的形成时间滞后。
Relevant improvements were made which was based on the structure of AVE oil-air mixer. According to the operating principle of this type mixer, the mathematical model for the improved type mixer was built by use of the simulation software AMESim, and the influence of relevant parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the mixer was analyzed to the simulation result of the model. The results indicates that the outlet flow of the mixer increases with the rise of the oil supply time, the mass of the main valve ( less than 100 g) and the pre tightening force of the ball valve spring, and the increase of ball valve spring stiffness will decrease the outlet flow. Also the oil supply time and the main valve spring stiffness will cause the fluctuation of the outlet flow. The formation time of oilair two-phase flow is delayed due to the increase of the main valve spring stiffness and the ball valve spring pre tightening force.
