摘要
通过对螺旋锥齿轮在实际工况下的重要作用和结构特性分析,总结了目前国内外对齿轮表面磨削裂纹产生原因分析和预防措施改进的研究现状。通过分析得出:螺旋锥齿轮表面产生磨削裂纹的主要原因分为热处理工艺过程导致的内因和磨削加工工艺过程导致的外因。基于对螺旋锥齿轮表面产生磨削裂纹内因和外因的分析,得出螺旋锥齿轮分别在热处理和磨削加工工艺等过程中避免表面裂纹产生的预防措施。
The current status of the research on the causes of grinding cracks on gear surfaces and the improvement of prevention measures at home and abroad was given by analyzing the important functions in practical conditions and structural characteristics of spiral bevel gears. It is concluded that the main causes of grinding cracks on the surface of spiral bevel gears are divided into internal cause of heat treatment process and external cause of grinding process. By analyzing the causes of grinding cracks on the surface of spiral bevel gears, the measures for avoiding the cracks in the heat treatment process and grinding process are obtained.
