高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HR-HPV)病毒载量与宫颈癌临床病理因素的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship between High-risk Human Papillomavirus(HR-HPV) Viral Load and Clinicopathological Factors of Cervical Cancer

目的探究高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HR-HPV)病毒载量与宫颈癌的临床病理因素相关性。方法纳入本院2017年8月～2018年8月间收治80例宫颈癌患者作为本次研究对象,检测患者的HR-HPV病毒载量,分析与宫颈癌的临床病理因素关联性。结果研究纳入的80例宫颈癌患者当中,宫颈癌疾病分期为Ⅰ期患者36例、Ⅱ期患者24例、≥Ⅲ期患者20例。Ⅰ期患者的HR-HPV病毒载量相比于Ⅱ期、≥Ⅲ期患者显著更高,对比存在显著差异,具有统计意义(P <0.05);宫颈癌Ⅱ期与≥Ⅲ期患者的HR-HPV病毒载量水平对比未见显著差异(P> 0.05);≤100RLU/CO组肿瘤分期≥ⅡB期患者与> 100RLU/CO组相比更多,对比存在显著差异(P <0.05)。结论对于不同临床分期以及病理分级的宫颈癌患者,其HR-HPV病毒载量水平均存在差异,该现象是宫颈癌发生与发展过程受到多层次以及多因素作用的一个综合体现。HR-HPV病毒感染与宫颈癌疾病发生的关系密切,HR-HPV病毒载量的检测可作为宫颈癌的常规筛查项目,对于宫颈上皮内瘤变以及宫颈癌疾病能起到一定的监测作用。

Objective To explore the correlation between high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) viral load and clinical pathological factors of cervical cancer. Methods Eighty patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were included as the research object. HR-HPV viral load of the patients was detected and the correlation with clinical pathological factors of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results Of the 80 patients with cervical cancer included in the study, 36 patients with stage I cervical cancer, 24 patients with stage II cervical cancer, and 20 patients with ≥ stage III cervical cancer. The HR-HPV viral load of patients in stage I was significantly higher than that of patients in stage II and ≥ stage III, and there was a significant difference in comparison, with statistical significance (P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the HR-HPV viral load levels of patients with cervical cancer of stage II and ≥ stage III (P > 0.05). Patients with tumor stage ≥ⅡB in ≤ 100 RLU/CO group were more than those in > 100 RLU/CO group, and there was significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion For cervical cancer patients with different clinical stages and pathological grades, their HR-HPV viral load levels are different, which is a comprehensive manifestation of the multi-level and multi-factor effects on the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. The infection of HR-HPV virus is closely related to the occurrence of cervical cancer diseases. The detection of HR-HPV viral load can be used as a routine screening item for cervical cancer and can play a certain monitoring role for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer diseases.
