甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Methotrexate Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的观察剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scars pregnancy, CSP)患者应用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗的效果。方法选择2016年6月～2018年6月本院收治的CSP患者100例,采用随机数表法分为两组,各50例。对照组单用甲氨蝶呤,观察组联合米非司酮。比较两组康复指标、临床疗效与不良反应。结果观察组β-HCG达标时间、子宫下段信号消失时间、阴道出血消失时间、月经恢复时间均短于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组的(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 CSP患者采用甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗利于缩短康复时间,增强临床疗效,且不会增加不良反应发生,利于改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP). Methods From June 2016 to June 2018, 100 patients with CSP were randomLy divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given methotrexate alone, and the observation group was combined with mifepristone. The rehabilitation indicators, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the time to reach the standard of beta-HCG, the time to disappear of lower uterine signal, the time to disappear of vaginal bleeding, and the time to menstrual recovery, which were shorter than those in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of methotrexate and mifepristone is beneficial to shorten the recovery time and enhance the clinical efficacy of CSP patients without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the prognosis of CSP patients.
