护患沟通艺术在小儿门诊护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Nurse Patient Communication Art in Pediatric Outpatient Care

目的探究和分析护患沟通艺术在小儿门诊护理中的应用价值。方法选择本院门诊部自2017年1月～2017年12月收治的90例就诊患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组45例,对照组行常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理干预的基础上增加护患沟通艺术护理,对比两组患儿对护理工作的依从率、护患纠纷发生率、患儿家属对护理工作的满意率以及患儿在护理期间的不良反应(或事件)发生率。结果研究组患儿对护理工作的依从率、患儿家属对护理工作的满意率均明显高于对照组,研究组护患纠纷发生率以及患儿在护理期间的不良反应(或事件)发生率均明显低于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论在小儿门诊护理中应用护患沟通艺术,不仅能促进患儿更好的配合临床护理工作开展,从而降低其自身不良反应或事件发生率,并且还能有效提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意和信任程度,进而降低护患纠纷的发生率。

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of the art of communication between nurses and patients in the nursing of children’s outpatient clinic. Methods 90 cases of children in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research object and randomLy divided into control group and study group, 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the study group was treated with nurse patient communication art care on the basis of conventional nursing intervention.The compliance rate of the nursing work, the incidence of patient care, the satisfaction rate of the families of the children, and the incidence of adverse reactions (or events) during the nursing period were compared between the two groups. Results The study group of children with nursing compliance rate,the satisfaction rate of the families of the children were significantly higher than that of the control group.The adverse reaction of group nursing disputes and the incidence of children in the nursing period (or events) were significantly lower than that in control group,the differences between two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse patient communication in pediatric outpatient nursing art, not only can promote the clinical nursing of children with better development, so as to reduce the incidence of the adverse reactions or events, and can effectively improve the degree of satisfaction and trust in families of children with nursing work, and reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
