丁香镇痛贴外敷治疗骨转移癌症疼痛阴证临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of yin syndrome of bone metastasis cancer pain by external application of clove analgesia

目的观察丁香镇痛贴外敷治疗骨转移癌症疼痛(以下简称癌痛)阴证的临床疗效。方法将60例骨转移癌痛阴证患者采用完全随机、平行对照的方法分为2组。对照组30例予盐酸曲马多缓释片治疗;治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加丁香镇痛贴外敷治疗。2组疗程均为14 d,随访14 d。比较2组治疗前后及随访疼痛数字评定量表(NRS)评分、生活质量量表(QOL)评分变化,统计临床疗效。结果治疗后2组疼痛NRS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),QOL评分升高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第14 d及随访第7、14 d时,治疗组疼痛NRS评分均低于对照组同期(P<0.05),QOL评分均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率(13.33%)及有效率(76.67%)均高于对照组(0,50.00%,P<0.05)。结论丁香镇痛贴外敷可明显缓解骨转移癌痛阴证患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量,起效迅速,疗效持久。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of external application of clove analgesia on yin syndrome of bone metastasis cancer pain. Methods 60 patients with yin syndrome of bone metastasis cancer pain were divided into two groups by completely randomized and parallel control method. 30 cases in control group were treated by tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by clove analgesia external application on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 14 days and the follow-up was 14 days. The numeric pain rating scale(NRS) score and the quality of life scale (QOL) score before and after treatment and during follow-up were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the NRS scores of the two groups were lower than that of the group before treatment ( P <0.05), and the QOL score was increased ( P <0.05), and the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group( P <0.05). On the 14th day of treatment and the 7th and 14th day of follow-up, the NRS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at the same time ( P < 0.05), and the QOL score was higher than that in the control group at the same time ( P <0.05). The marked improvement rate (13.33%) and effective rate (76.67%) of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (0,50.00%, P <0.05). Conclusion The external application of clove analgesic can significantly alleviate the pain of patients with yin syndrome of bone metastasis, improve the quality of life of patients, and have rapid onset and long-lasting effect.
