乳酸菌和酵母菌复合培养物对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 研究通过测定肉仔鸡生长性能和营养物质消化率,探究复合乳酸菌培养物和酵母菌培养物对肉仔鸡的影响,从而筛选出乳酸菌和酵母菌的复合培养物在肉仔鸡饲养中的最适添加量。试验根据实验室筛选出来的乳酸菌培养物最适添加量1.6‰和酵母菌培养物最适添加量1.8‰进行组合,探索它们之间是否有交互作用,采用4×4全因子试验设计,选取健康的、体况基本相同的1日龄AA肉仔鸡鸡苗608只,随机分配到19个处理组。同时设立日粮中添加1.6‰的乳酸菌培养物组(第17组)、添加1.8‰酵母菌培养物日粮对照组(第18组)以及空白对照组(第19组),每组4个重复,每个重复8只鸡。试验结果表明:7~21日龄时,第8组的平均日采食量显著高于空白对照组和第18组(P<0.05),第8组和第11组的平均日增重显著高于酵母菌组、乳酸菌组和空白对照组(P<0.05);7~42日龄时,乳酸菌培养物和酵母培养物对平均日增重和料重比有显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。各试验组与对照组相比干物质、蛋白质、脂肪、Ca和P的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),但有所提高,其中第8组和第11组提高的水平最多。乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养物之间有正协同作用,且第8组(0.8‰乳酸菌培养物+1.8‰酵母菌培养物)和第11组(1.2‰乳酸菌培养物+1.35‰酵母菌培养物)对肉仔鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重提高的效果最佳,对于促进肉仔鸡对营养物质的消化吸收效果最好。 In this study, we investigated the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of broilers, and explored the effects of compound lactic acid bacteria cultures and yeast cultures on broilers, so as to screen out the optimal addition amount of the composite culture of lactic acid bacteria and yeast in broilers breeding. According to the optimum dose of 1.6‰ lactic acid bacteria cultures and 1.8‰ yeast culture those were screened in the laboratory to explore whether there is interaction between them. Based on 4×4 full factorials design, a total of 608 one day old AA broilers were assigned to 19 treatments randomly and there were 1.6‰ lactic acid bacteria culture group (17), 1.8‰ yeast culture diet group (18), and control group (19) and each treatment had 4 replicates with 8 birds per replicate. The results of this experiment showed that from 7~21 days the daily feed intake of Group 8 was significantly higher than that of the control group and Group 18 (P<0.05), and the average daily gain of Group 8 and Group 11 was significantly higher than that of yeast group, lactic acid bacteria culture group and blank control group(P<0.05). There were significant interaction between lactic acid bacteria cultures and yeast cultures on average daily gain and F??G ratio. There was no significant difference in the digestibility of dry mat?ter, protein, fat, Ca and P between the experimental groups and the control group (P>0.05), but the increasing was the highest in Group 8 and Group 11. There was a positive interaction between lactic acid bacteria cultures and yeast cultures, and the Group 8 (0.8‰ lactic acid bacteria culture+1.8‰ yeast culture) and the Group 11(1.2‰ lactic acid bacteria culture+1.35‰ yeast culture) has the best effect on average daily feed intake, average daily gain and nutrients digestion of broiler chickens.
