探讨双球囊扩张宫颈联合静脉滴注缩宫素催产对产程的影响

The effect of double balloon dilatation of the cervix combined with intravenous oxytocin on stages of labor

目的:探讨双球囊扩张宫颈联合静脉滴注缩宫素催产对产程的影响。方法:选取2017年4月～2018年4月住院足月妊娠分娩产妇66例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各33例,其中对照组给予静脉滴注缩宫素,观察组给予双球囊扩张宫颈联合静脉滴注缩宫素,比较两组产妇的促宫颈成熟效果、分娩方式、分娩结局及产程等方面的差异。结果:观察组促宫颈成熟总有效率为96.97%,明显高于对照组促宫颈成熟总有效率72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组阴道分娩率提高,剖宫产率降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);潜伏期、活跃期、第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);产后出血、胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息发生例数减少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双球囊扩张宫颈联合静脉滴注缩宫素催产安全、有效,利于缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of double balloon dilatation of cervix combined with intravenous oxytocin on stages of labor.Method 66 full-terrm pregnant women in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous oxytocin,the observation group was given double balloon dilatation of cervix combined with intravenous oxytocin.The differences of delivery mode,delivery outcome and stages of labor between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of cervical ripening in the observation group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.73%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the vagina delivery rate increased,and the cesarean section rate decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incubation period,the active period,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor,and the total stage of labor were ai significantly shortened,the difference was significant(P<0.01);the number of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress ad neonatal asphyxia decreased,the difference was not statistically significant in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Double balloon dilatation of the cervix combined with intravenous oxyocin is safe and effective,which is beneficial to shorten stages of labor,reduce the cesarean section rate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
