双轨互动护理干预措施对社区糖尿病患者用药依从性及并发症的影响研究

Study on the influence of dual-track interactive nursing intervention on the compliance and complications of diabetes patients in the community

目的:探讨研究双轨互动护理干预措施对社区糖尿病患者用药依从性及并发症的影响。方法:选取糖尿病患者98例,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组。其中,给予对照组患者常规护理干预,给予研究组患者双轨互动护理干预,对比两组患者干预后的依从性、并发症发生情况以及生活质量。结果:干预后,研究组患者的依从性显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生情况方面,研究组患者的发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量方面,研究组患者的评分显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者的临床护理工作中,应用双轨互动护理干预措施能够显著改善患者的用药依从性,降低患者出院后并发症的发生情况,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of dual-track interactive nursing intervention on the compliance and complications of diabetes patients in the community.Method 98 patients with diabetes who were selected. They were divided into two groups:the study group and the control group according to the random number table method.Among them, the control group patients′ routine nursing intervention, give double-track interactive nursing intervention group patients, compared two groups of patients after the intervention of adherence, complications and quality of life.Results After intervention, the compliance of the group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life, the scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetes in clinical nursing work, application of double-track interactive nursing interventions can significantly improve the patient′s medication adherence, reduce the happening of complications after discharge, worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
