信息质控平台在输血护理质量管理中的应用效果

The effect of informational quality control platformin the quality management of transfusion nursing

目的:探讨信息质控平台在输血护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:将输血护理质量评价标准的所有项目编辑入信息质控平台。回顾性收集并记录使用信息质控平台前、后的输血质控过程所需时间、护士输血相关知识得分及输血护理缺陷的数据。采用秩和检验及Mann-Whitney U检验方法、χ~2检验对上述数据进行分析。结果:在应用信息质控平台后,输血质控过程所需时间明显缩短,平均用时由1 786.8 s降至699.8 s;护士输血相关知识掌握得到提升,护士输血相关知识得分的平均分由11分提高到14分;输血护理缺陷发生率明显下降,由11.18%下降至2.71%,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息质控平台的应用很大程度节约了质控人员及被质控科室的时间,减少了质控中主观因素的影响,质控结果的准确性和同质性得到保障,护士输血相关知识掌握程度明显提高,输血护理质量得以提升,因此信息质控平台值得推广。

Objective To explorethe effect of informational quality control platform in quality management of transfusion nursing.Method All items of the quality evaluation standard for transfusion nursing were edited into the informational quality control platform.Time for quality control of transfusion、the nurse′s scoresof transfusion related knowledge and defect of transfusion nursing in the group with or without informational quality control platform were collected retrospectively.We analyzedthe data between groups by Mann-Whitney rank sum test or chi square test.Results The mean time for quality control of transfusion in the group with informational quality control platform isobviously was shorter than without informational quality control platform(699.8 s vs 1 786.8 s,P<0.01).The nurse′s scoresof transfusion related knowledge in the group with informational quality control platform was higher than without informational quality control platform(14 vs 11,P<0.01).The rate of transfusion nursing defect in the group with informational quality control platform isobviously was lower than without informational quality control platform(2.71% vs 11.18%,P<0.01).Conclusion The informational quality control platform can obviously save quality control time and greatly reduce the influence of subjective factors in quality control.Itcan ensure the accuracy and homogeneity of quality control results too.In additional,it can improve the nurse′s transfusion related knowledge and the quality of transfusion nursing.Therefore,the informational quality control platform should be widely promoted.
