电项针干预对急性脑出血大鼠脑组织精氨酸加压素表达及神经功能缺损的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Electro-nape Acupuncture on AVP Expression and Neurological Deficit in Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Rats

摘要 目的研究电项针干预对急性脑出血大鼠脑组织精氨酸加压素(AVP)表达、脑组织含水量和神经功能缺损的影响,探讨电项针干预对脑出血急性期脑水肿和神经功能缺损的治疗作用。方法将84只的SD大鼠随机分为假手术组,模型组和电项针组;模型组和电项针组根据不同的干预时间分别设为1、3、5 d 3个亚组,对各组进行脑组织含水量、AVP含量检测及神经功能评分。结果模型组和电项针组各亚组AVP含量、脑组织含水量均高于假手术组(P <0.01),且电项针组较模型组降低(P <0.05)。模型组和电项针组AVP含量均为1 d开始升高,3 d达到峰值后回落,且电项针组始终低于模型组(P <0.05),脑组织含水量变化趋势与AVP含量变化一致。模型组和电项针组神经功能评分均高于假手术组,且电项针组评分较模型组低(P <0.05)。结论电项针能显著降低脑出血大鼠急性期AVP的表达及脑组织含水量,可以抑制脑出血急性期脑水肿的发展,并缓解脑出血后的神经功能缺损症状。 Objective: To investigate the effects of electro-nape acupuncture on AVP expression,water content of brain tissue and neurological deficit,and to explore the therapeutic effect of electro-nape acupuncture on brain edema and neurological deficit in acute cerebral hemorrhage rats. Methods: 84 SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,the model group and electro-nape acupuncture group. The model group and the electro-nape acupuncture group were respectively set to 1 d,3 d and 5 d subgroups for different intervention time. Water content of brain tissue,AVP content and neurological function scores were detected for each group. Results: AVP content and water content of brain tissue in each subgroup of the model group and the electro-nape acupuncture group were higher than those of the sham operation group. And these indicators of electro-nape acupuncture group were lower than those of the model group(P < 0.01,P < 0.01,P < 0.05). AVP content of the model group and the electro-nape acupuncture group increased from 1d,and fell after reaching the peak in 3 d. And the electro-nape acupuncture group was always lower than the model group(P < 0.05). The change trend of water content of brain tissue was consistent with the change of AVP content. The neurological function scores of the model group and the electro-nape acupuncture group were higher than those of the sham operation group. And the electro-nape acupuncture group was lower than the model group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Electro-nape acupuncture can significantly reduce the expression of AVP,the water content of brain tissue in rats with acute time of cerebral hemorrhage,inhibit the development of brain edema and relieve the symptoms of neurological deficits after acute cerebral hemorrhage.
