稳心调脂汤治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction on Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的观察稳心调脂汤对冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症的心绞痛症状疗效、心绞痛发作频率及持续时间、中医证候、血脂水平的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法 72例患者按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服稳心调脂汤,15 d为1疗程,2个疗程后统计其心绞痛症状疗效、心绞痛发作频率及持续时间、中医证候疗效及血脂水平变化,对比两组不良反应情况。结果治疗组心绞痛症状疗效总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的80.56%(P <0.05)。两组治疗前心绞痛发作频率及持续时间比较,均差别不大(均P> 0.05)。两组治疗后心绞痛发作频率及持续时间均较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组治疗后心绞痛发作频率及持续时间改善程度均优于对照组(均P <0.05)。两组治疗前胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气促、疲倦乏力积分比较,均差别不大(均P> 0.05)。两组治疗后胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气促、疲倦乏力积分均较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组治疗后各积分均优于对照组(均P <0.05)。两组治疗前总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TAG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)比较,均差别不大(均P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后TC、TAG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组(均P <0.05),且HDL-C水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应事件。结论稳心调脂汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症疗效较好,且未见明显不良反应,安全性可。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect,angina pectoris frequency,duration,TCM syndrome and its influence on blood lipid levels of Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction on angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases in each.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment;the treatment group was given Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction on the basis,15 days as a treatment course.After 2 courses,the symptoms of angina pectoris efficacy,angina pectoris attack frequency,duration changes,TCM syndrome efficacy and blood lipid level changes and adverse reactions were recorded and compared.Results:The curative effect of angina symptoms and TCM symptoms were improved,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the attack frequency and duration of angina were decreased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The blood lipid levels were lower than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction is effective on stable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia,with no obvious adverse reactions,safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
