基于行为设计学的行为控制论在城市轨道交通乘务管理的应用研究

本文结合行为设计学和行为过程控制理论,创新性的提出基于行为设计学的行为控制理论,将行为设计学镶嵌在行为控制过程中,用行为设计作为行为控制目标引导,策划行为控制过程,使行为控制过程更加具有操作性;同时行为控制结果反馈给行为设计,使行为设计措施更具有目的性,并不断改善行为设计措施的有效性。本文结合在青岛地铁运营公司乘务管理的实践,对本理论的应用给出具体效果验证。

This paper combines action design and action control theory, innovatively proposes action control theory based on action design, incorporates action design into action control process, uses action design as action control target guidance, and plans action control process, to make the action control process more operational;at the same time, the action control results are fed back to the action design, making the action design measures more purposeful, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the action design measures. This paper combines the practice of crew management in Qingdao Metro Operation Company to give specific results verification for the application of this theory.
