随着全球经济的快速发展,国际经济竞争越来越集中的表现为科技竞争,科学技术的发展水平和进步程度已成为衡量一个国家综合实力的重要指标,科技发展已成为国家和地区的经济发展的重要推动力。本文基于电网下属某信通类企业特点,从技术创新、综合收益、知识积累、人才培养四个维度构建信通类企业的科研成效评价体系。

With the rapid development of the global economy, the increasingly concentrated international economic competition is characterized by scientific and technological competition. The development level and progress of science and technology have become an important indicator for measuring the comprehensive strength of a country and the technological development has become an important driving force for economic development of a nation and region. Based on the characteristics of an information communication enterprise under the power grid, this paper constructs the scientific research effectiveness evaluation system of information communication enterprise from four dimensions: technology innovation, comprehensive income, knowledge accumulation and talent cultivation.
