摘要
工程管理的大量实践表明,实施供应链管理能够给企业带来巨大的利润。施工方的进度优化及调度问题,施工方与材料供应商之间的订货及自身的库存优化问题,联合起来考虑即为工程进度和库存优化的研究,它无论在实际运用中或者理论研究中都有着非常重要的意义。一方面,它是工程调度理论方法的重要内容;另一方面,在实际工程中,通常要消耗大量的材料,如果能够基于项目进度进行采购,保持最优的库存量,减少的总成本是相当可观的。本文将施工进度优化,得出最优的网络计划,再根据该网络计划求出最合理的库存模型,通过遗传算法进行仿真,模拟,分析所得数据,从而通过仿真结果对实际工程起到指导作用。
The practice of engineering management shows that implementing supply chain management can bring huge profits to enterprises. The scheduling problems of the construction side, the ordering between the construction side and the material supplier, and the inventory optimization problems of the construction side are jointly considered as the research of the project schedule and inventory optimization, which are of great significance in both theoretical research and practical application. On the one hand, it is an important content of engineering scheduling theory. On the other hand, in actual projects, a lot of materials are usually consumed. If the procurement can be conducted based on the project schedule to maintain the optimal inventory, the reduced total cost will be considerable.In this paper, the construction schedule is optimized, the optimal network plan is obtained, and the most reasonable inventory model is obtained according to the network plan. The simulation, simulation and analysis of the obtained data are carried out by genetic algorithm, so that the simulation results can guide the actual engineering.
