摘要 如今,以互联网+、BIM、云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联网、人工智能为代表的数字技术得到快速发展与广泛应用,BIM已经并将继续引领建设领域的信息革命。伴随着BIM应用点的逐步推广,建筑业的传统架构将被打破,一种以信息技术为主导的新架构将取而代之。文章结合安九铁路与北京新机场高速公路BIM协同办公实例,介绍作为施工单位的项目部如何利用互联网+BIM技术创新管理模式,建设数字化工地,推进管理升级,主动适应信息化管理要求。该技术的采用,可有效提高岗位人员工作效率,消除项目各方沟通壁垒,辅助管理层经营决策,从而实现项目精细化管理和企业集约化经营,颇具类似项目管理借鉴。 Today, digital technologies represented by Internet+, BIM, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, mobile Internet, and artificial intelligence have been rapidly developed and widely used. BIM has and will continue to lead the information revolution in the construction field. With the gradual promotion of BIM application points, the traditional architecture of the construction industry will be broken, and a new technology-led architecture will replace it. This paper combines the example of BIM collaborative work between Anjiu Railway and Beijing New Airport Expressway to introduce how the project department as a construction unit can use the Internet + BIM technology innovation management mode to build a digital chemical industry, promote management upgrades, and actively adapt to information management requirements. The adoption of this technology can effectively improve the work efficiency of the post staff, eliminate the communication barriers of all parties involved in the project, and assist the management decision-making, so as to achieve refined management of the project and intensive management of the enterprise, which is similar to project management.
