摘要
针对电力检修人员高空作业时因操作不当发生坠落易残易死的状况,分析了事故发生的原因及现有的安全带、安全绳、自锁器、速差保护器等防坠措施的使用场合和效果,设计了一种带安全气囊的新型高空作业安全服。安全服控制器使用陀螺仪和加速度计检测工作人员运动状态,事故发生时控制器利用预先设置的加速度和角度安全阈值触发保护动作,保证在落地前自动打开安全气囊保护身体重要部位。理论分析与实验验证了该方案的可行性。
Aiming at the situation of injury and even death of power service personnel caused by the improper operation and fall from a high-altitude place,the thesis analyzes the causes of the accident and the occasions and effects of the existing anti-fall measures such as safety belts,safety ropes,self-locking devices,and speed difference protector,and designs a new type of high-altitude safety suit with airbags to improve the situation.The safety suit detects the movement status of workers using the gyroscope and accelerometer.The controller will automatically trigger protective actions by the safety threshold pre-set and open airbags to protect important parts of the body when an accident occurs.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment.
