湖北省科技型中小企业员工心理健康现状及其促进对策 被引量:7

Technological SMEs employees in Hubei Province:Mental Health Status and Promotive Countermeasures

摘要 为了解湖北省科技型中小企业员工的心理健康状况及服务需求,并提出有针对性的干预对策,本研究采用自行设计的问卷对湖北省36家科技型中小企业的320名员工作进行调查。研究发现:①320名企业员工中,"工作压力大"异常率为56.9%,"职业生涯规划困惑"异常率为48.8%,"工作家庭时间平衡"异常率为43.1%。②不同婚姻状况、不同学历的员工异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③员工减压的主要方式为找朋友倾诉(45%)、请假休息(27.5%),选择心理咨询的只占6.3%;95%的员工希望企业实施心理健康促进举措。调查结果表明,湖北省科技型中小企业员工心理健康状况不容乐观,其心理健康影响因素主要为婚姻状况和文化程度;企业应针对不同群体的员工采取相应的措施,改善员工的心理健康状况。 To investigate the technological SMEs employees'mental health status and service need in Hubei province,some countermeasures were put forward and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 320 employees of 36 technological SMEs in Hubei province.The study found,①Among 320 employees,the abnormal rate of“work stress”was 56.9%,the abnormal rate of“career planning confusion”was 48.8%,and the abnormal rate of“work-family time balance”was 43.1%;②the abnormal rate of employees with different marital status and educational background were both statistically significant(P<0.05);③the main ways to relieve stress were to talk to friends(45%)and take a rest break(27.5%),only 6.3%of the employees chose psychological counseling to relieve stress and 95%of employees hope that enterprises can implement mental health promotion measures.The results show that technological SMEs employees'mental health status in Hubei province is not optimistic and Marital status and educational level are important factors that affect employees'mental health.Enterprises should take corresponding measures for different employees to improve their mental health.
