摘要
为解决焦煤综掘工作面除尘风机的除尘效率问题,结合焦煤的产尘特点,在对综掘工作面压力场模拟及通风机特性曲线分析的基础上,提出了针对尘源点集中综掘面,通过减少除尘风机吸风口风量,提高吸尘负压的观点,来控制"二次尘化作用",提高吸尘效率的思想。利用FLUENT软件,对综掘工作面的流场及压力场进行数值模拟,得出流场及压力场对除尘的影响,同时依据除尘原理将除尘风机的吸风口设计为环形内凹结构,可以有效地提升除尘风机吸风口的负压改善综掘工作面风流场的分布情况。现场应用表明,对除尘风机吸风口进行改造后除尘效率提升80%以上,达到预期目标。
In order to solve the problem of dust efficiency of the dust fan in fully mechanized caving face,in accordance with the characteristics of dust generation in coking coal and Based on the pressure field simulation and ventilator characteristic curve analysis of fully mechanized top coal caving face,the paper puts forward the concept of“two Dusting effect”to improve the efficiency of vacuuming ideas.Software FLUENT is applied to conduct numerical simulation of flow field and pressure field of fully mechanized caving face and find out the influences of flow field and pressure field on dust removal.Meanwhile,according to the principle of dust removal,the suction outlet of dust removing fan is designed as an annular concave structure,which is effective to improve the distribution of the wind flow field in the fully mechanized digging face by improving the negative pressure of dust suction outlet of dust collector.The field application shows that the dust removal efficiency of the dust fan suction outlet is improved by more than 80%,which meets the expected goal.
