摘要 介绍了CO_2硬化水玻璃砂应用现状;回顾了目前已知的水玻璃砂吹CO_2法由于吹气时间长导致过吹的硬化理论。通过试验证明,控制吹CO_2时间,并及时吹入压缩空气将砂芯(型)内残存的CO_2气体置换出来,即可防止水玻璃砂过吹的发生。发明了HYT CO_2硬化法,解决了CO_2过吹问题,实现无机黏结剂加入量低、强度高、旧砂可再生回用、可部分替代树脂砂,有利于环境保护,在机械行业有广泛的应用价值。 The application status of CO2 hardened water glass sand has been introduced. The over-blowing hardening theory of current known water glass sand blowing CO2 method due to long blowing time has been reviewed. The test results show that the occurrence of water glass sand over-blowing has been prevented by controlling the blowing CO2 time and timely blowing compressed air to replace the residual CO2 gas in the sand core (type). The HYT CO2 hardening method has been invented, which solves the problem of CO2 over-blowing and realizes the low addition amount of inorganic binder, high strength, old sand regeneration, partial replacement of resin sand, and environmental protection. It has wide application value in machinery industry.
