摘要
利用MAGMA压铸模拟软件,对汽车水泵泵体的压铸充型过程进行模拟分析,根据模拟结果,对问题铸件的形状结构以及模具的浇道系统进行优化改进,得出制作模具的最优工艺。此工艺压铸出的铸件成品率较高,证实了模拟结果的可靠性。
The MAGMA die-casting simulation software has been used to simulate the die-casting process of high-pressure automotive water pump body. According to the simulation results, the shape and structure of the castings with problems and the runner system of the mold have been optimized and improved. The optimal process of mold making has been obtained. The yield of the die castings by this process is high, which confirms the reliability of the simulation results.
