铸造生产中旧砂再生处理的主题意义日益明确,而工艺装备的技术特性和实用性还有待进一步的研究开发。描述了二种不同结构形式的热旧砂增湿均化快速冷却的工艺装备,是适用于中小企业对自硬砂铸造产生的高温热旧砂进行快速冷却处理的工序装备之一,可达到提高后续工序(沸腾冷却装置)的降温冷却的效果。

The theme of reclaimed old sand in casting production is becoming more and more clear, but the technical characteristics and practicality of process equipment need further research and development. Two kinds of different structural forms of high temperature hot old sand humidification homogenization cooling machine have been described, which is one of the process equipment suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out rapid cooling treatment of high temperature hot old sand produced by self-hardening sand casting. It is used to reduce the cooling effect of the subsequent process (boiling cooling device).
