摘要
人参皂苷Re作为人参皂苷的一类主要有效成分,在治疗心血管系统疾病方面受到国内外学者的持续关注。查阅人参皂苷Re在保护心血管系统方面的药理活性的相关文献,从对心肌缺血组织的保护作用、抗心肌细胞凋亡、抗心律失常及对心肌细胞的减毒作用等方面进行综述,以期为进一步研究人参皂苷Re在保护心血管系统方面的临床应用与新药开发提供参考。
As a main active ingredient of ginsenosides, ginsenoside Re has received continuous attention from scholars at home and abroad in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.To review the literature on the pharmacological activity of ginsenoside Re in protecting the cardiovascular system, this article reviewed the improvement of myocardial ischemia, anti-myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, anti-myocardial apoptosis, anti-arrhythmia and other aspects of cardiovascular protection,in order to provide reference for the development and clinical application of ginsenoside Re in the protection of cardiovascular system .
