摘要
铁皮石斛是我国名贵中草药之一,位列"中华九大仙草"之首。选取江西龙虎山铁皮石斛样品中的31株样本进行品种鉴定,采用DNA条形码对31株样本进行ITS2序列分析,利用软件MEGA6.0对筛选得到的31个ITS2序列进行遗传距离的测定和进化树的构建,确定其之间的亲缘关系,发现其中有6个品种为龙虎山特有品种,就此建立起江西龙虎山铁皮石斛资源库,为保护江西优质的石斛资源奠定理论基础。
Dendrobium officinale is one of the most valuable Chinese herbal medicines in China,ranking first among the ‘Nine Chinese Herbs’.Thirty-one samples of D.officinale from Longhu Mountain,Jiangxi Province were selected for variety identification,ITS2 sequence of 31 samples were analyzed by DNA barcode.Using software MEGA6.0,the genetic distances of 31 ITS2 sequences were determined and the evolutionary tree was constructed to determine the relationship between them.Among them,6 species are endemic species to Longhu Mountain,the resource pool of D.officinale in Longhu Mountain,Jiangxi Province was established to lay a theoretical foundation for the protection of high quality D.officinale resources in Jiangxi.
