摘要
[目的]对4个种源18株银叶树优树种子进行苗期生长对比试验。[方法]将优树的胸径、树高等生长数据与优树子代的百粒重、种子长、种子宽、地径、苗高等数据进行比较分析。[结果]不同种源百粒重、地径、苗高差异显著;播种到首次出芽时间为42~75 d,出芽累计天数为65~173 d;相关性分析表明胸径、树高、百粒重、种子长、种子宽、地径、苗高存在极显著正相关。[结论]湛江种源的百粒重最大,达1 301.70 g,其次为珠海、深圳、汕尾种源。首次出芽时间及子代苗期生长量以湛江种源最优,湛江种源子代苗期地径、苗高是最差种源汕尾的1.43和1.23倍。
[Objective]To compare the growth traits from 18 superior trees which come from progeny seedlings of different Heritiera littoralis provenances.[Method]The data of DBH and height growth of superior trees were compared with those of difference of 100-seed weight,seed length,seed width,ground diameter and seedling height of offspring of superior trees.[Result]The difference of 100-seed weight, ground diameter and seedling height between different provenances was significant.Sowing to germination time was 42-75 d, the cumulative number of budding days was 65-173 d. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between DBH, tree height, 100-seed weight, seed length, seed width, ground diameter and seedling height.[Conclusion]Zhanjiang provenance had the largest 100-seed weight, reached 1 301.70 g, followed by the Zhuhai,Shenzhen,Shanwei provenances. The first germination time and seedling growth of offspring from Zhanjiang provenance were faster than other provenances.The ground diameter and seedling height of offspring from Zhanjiang provenance were 1.43 and 1.23 times of those from Shanwei, the worst provenance.
