摘要
[目的]初步研究紫丹参种子的生物学特性和萌发特性。[方法]观测紫丹参种子的形态特征、解剖结构;测定千粒重、吸水率;在不同温度、不同光照条件条件下测定了紫丹参种子的发芽率。[结果]紫丹参种子较小,呈卵球形,背腹均具网纹,千粒重为0.911 g,前4 h为吸胀期,吸水率可达230%;紫丹参种子在25℃的条件下发芽率较高,且萌发时需光照。[结论]该研究为紫丹参的扩繁和大量栽培奠定了一定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the biological and germination characteristics of the seed of Salvia yunnanensis .[Method]The seed of Salvia yunnanensis of morphological characteristics and anatomical structure were observed, and its grain and sucked water rate were determined. At the same time, the germination rate of the seed of Salvia yunnanensis were determined under different temperature, different illumination.[Result]The seed of Salvia yunnanensis was smaller, a four prism type, it’s grain only had 0.911 g, the first 4 hours was the stage of seed imbibition, sucked water rate was about 230%;In addition, the seed of Salvia yunnanensis germination rate was more higher and need to light when the temperature is 25 ℃.[Conclusion] The study laid a foundation for future propagation and a large number of cultivation.
