池州烟区鲜烟外观质量评价体系研究

Study on Evaluating System of Fresh Tobacco Appearance Quality in Chizhou Tobacco-planted Area

[目的]探索鲜烟的外观质量评价体系,研究鲜烟外观品质因素与烤后烟叶等级质量的相关性。[方法]以安徽省池州市烟区2012年烟叶样品为原料,运用专家咨询法、多元统计方法等构建了鲜烟外观质量评价体系,并分析鲜烟外观质量分值对烤后烟质量等级的影响。[结果]烤烟等级与鲜烟成熟度、颜色、叶片结构、身份、鲜烟外观质量总分存在极显著正相关关系;鲜烟外观质量总分与烤后烟成熟度、身份、油分、颜色、干重、等级分值呈显著正相关关系;不同部位外观质量总分是中部适熟>上部适熟>下部适熟,差异极显著。[结论]应用专家咨询法、因子分析和模糊数学方法建立的鲜烟外观质量评价体系具有合理性,对某区域烟叶外观质量进行综合评价是可行的。

[Objective]The research aimed to explore the evaluating system of fresh tobacco appearance quality,and study the correlation between appearance quality of fresh tobacco and grades quality of flue-cured tobacco.[Method] The evaluation system of fresh tobacco appearance quality was established by using the method of expert consultation and multivariate statistics, and the effect of appearance quality score on the grade of flue-cured tobacco was analyzed.[Result] The grade of flue-cured tobacco was very significant positive correlation with the maturity, color, leaf structure, identity and appearance quality of fresh tobacco, and significant positive correlation with the maturity, identity, oil content, color, dry weight and grade of flue-cured tobacco.The total score of the appearance quality of different parts was proper mature in middle part> proper mature in upper part>proper mature in lower part , and the difference is extremely significant.[Conclusion] The evaluation system of fresh tobacco appearance quality based on expert consultation, factor analysis and fuzzy mathematics is reasonable, and it is feasible to evaluate the appearance quality of tobacco leaves in a certain region.
