高职院校校企合作订单班人才培养模式实践与思考——以滁州职业技术学院绿色食品生产与检验专业为例

Practice and Thoughts on the Talent Training Mode of Order Class in School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Green Food Production and Inspection Specialty of Chuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

目前高职院校人才培养模式的改革与探索呈现多元化发展趋势,其中校企合作订单班是高职院校校企合作培养模式的一种,可以有效促进毕业生就业率和就业质量的提高。介绍了普通高职院校职业教育人才培养模式及其弊端;根据近几年来校企合作订单班的实践和经验,介绍了校企合作订单班的人才培养模式及其优势,分析了现阶段高职院校校企合作订单班人才培养模式存在的问题并提出了应对措施,以期为高职院校的人才培养工作提供借鉴。

The reform and exploration of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges show a diversified development trend. The order class established by the school-enterprise cooperation is a mode of co-cultivating graduates in higher vocational colleges,which could effectively improve the employment rate and quality of graduates. This paper introduced the talent training mode of common higher vocational education and its drawbacks. Based on the practical experience of school-enterprise cooperation order class in recent years, we introduced the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation order class and its advantages,analyzed the existing problems in the training mode of order class in school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges at present, and put forward corresponding measures,so as to provide reference for the personnel training work in higher vocational colleges.
