Research and Application of Water-water Induction System in Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco Sewage Station

造纸法再造烟叶生产企业废水量大、污水含杂量大、处理难度大,而污水站作为企业对保护环境的一道重要工序,是环境保护的重要屏障。本文主要探讨在造纸法再造烟叶的污水处理过程中对来水感应装置新结构的设计,降低来水感应装置的误报率,提高污水处理的处理能力,避免因污水处理不及时未经过处理而直流入大自然水环境中。

Paper-making reconstituted tobacco production enterprises have a large amount of waste water,a large amount of sewage,and a great deal of difficulty in treatment.As an important process for protecting the environment,sewage stations are an important barrier to environmental protection.This paper mainly discusses the design of the new structure of the incoming water sensor during the process of recycling tobacco by papermaking,reducing the error rate of incoming water sensor and improving the treatment capacity of sewage treatment.Avoid direct flow into the natural water environment because sewage treatment is not treated in time.
