摘要
快速接地开关作为气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备GIS的一个重要组件,在电力系统中发挥了重要的作用。针对快速接地开关接地端子漏气问题,从接地端子的结构、受力情况、有限元仿真等方面进行分析,找出接地端子开裂的原因,并制定相应的解决办法和改进方案。对改进后的产品进行试验验证,验证结果表明,优化后的结构完全满足快速接地开关设计及使用要求。
As an important component of GIS,the FES plays an important role in power system.Aiming at the leakage problem of FES,this paper analyzed the structure,stress and finite element simulation of grounding terminal.The causes of grounding terminal cracking were found out,the corresponding solutions and improvement schemes were formulated and the improved products were carried out tests and experimental verification.The results show that the optimized structure completely satisfies the requirement of FES design and use.
