GIS合闸过电压的场路结合分析

摘要 气体绝缘组合开关(GIS)例行操作时会产生快速暂态过电压,威胁GIS安全运行。对某220 k V GIS充电过程中发生的盆式绝缘子击穿故障进行过电压分析,使用有限元仿真软件ANSYS MAXWELL建立电磁场分析模型,提取GIS电容、电感分布参数;将分布参数导入ATP-EMTP,建立电磁暂态路分析模型,对不同状态下GIS的合闸过电压情况进行仿真计算。分析认为合闸时刻GIS母线存在感应电压是导致高幅值过电压进而击穿盆式绝缘子的根本原因。 In the routine operation of gas insulated switchgear(GIS),fast transient overvoltage will be formed,which affects the safe of GIS.This paper carried out the overvoltage analysis of a 220 kV GIS basin insulator breakdown fault during the charging process,established the electromagnetic field analysis model by using the finite element simulation software ANSYS MAXWELL and extracted the capacitance and inductance distribution parameters of GIS.The distribution parameters were imported into the software ATP-EMTP,the electromagnetic transient circuit analysis model was established and the simulation of closing overvoltage was carried out in various cases.It is concluded that the induced voltage of GIS busbar at closing time is the fundamental reason for high amplitude overvoltage and breakdown of basin insulator.
