高职教育应对生产性服务业的策略研究

高等职业院校作为人才资源和科技资源的中枢,向生产性服务业提供大量的高素质人才。为了应对生产性服务业快速发展对高等职业教育提出的新要求,淮安信息职业技术学院可以通过树立与生产性服务业相适应的现代教育理念、打造与生产性服务业相匹配的专业和课程体系、构建与生产性服务业相融通的开放化职业教育人才培养体系、提升适应时代和产业发展要求的"校企合作"模式、多途径强化师资队伍建设、拓展国际化人才培养渠道等方式创新人才培养的途径,满足生产性服务业对技术技能型人才、复合型人才、管理型人才、创新型人才、智慧型人才、生态型人才和发展型人才的需求。

As the backbone of human resources and scientifi c and technological resources, higher vocational colleges provide a large number of high-quality talents for the productive service industry. In response to new requirements for Higher Vocational Education in the rapid development of producer services, Huaian Vocational College of Information Technology should innovate the ways of personnel training, such as establishing a modern educational concept suitable for producer services, building a professional and curriculum system matching producer services, and constructing an open vocational education personnel training system compatible with producer services, upgrading the "school-enterprise cooperation" model to meet the requirements of the times and industrial development, strengthening the construction of teaching staff through multiple channels, expanding the channels of international personnel training, so as to meet the needs of producer services for technical skilled talent, Inter-disciplinary talent, managerial talent, innovative talent, intelligent talent, ecological talent and development talent.
