摘要
对比了氢氟酸沉淀法、草酸转型法、碳酸氢铵转型法制备氟化镧工艺的优缺点,并重点研究了碳酸氢铵转型法制备氟化镧工艺技术,包括工艺过程控制参数优化、产品质量对比等内容,工艺技术进一步提高了产品质量和收率,增大颗粒结晶粒度,工艺技术更适于工业化推广应用。
The advantages and disadvantages of hydrofluoric acid precipitation method,oxalic acid transformation method and ammonium bicarbonate transformation method for preparing lanthanum fluoride are compared.The preparation technology of lanthanum fluoride by ammonium bicarbonate transformation method is emphatically studied,including process control parameters optimization,product quality comparison,etc.The product quality and yield are further improved,and the grain size is increased.Technology is more suitable for industrialization and application.
