趋化因子7、轴突导向因子1在多发性骨髓瘤患者中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

Expressions and Clinical Significances of Chemokine 7 and Axon Guidance Factor 1 in Patients with Multiple Myeloma

摘要 目的探讨趋化因子7(CCL7)、轴突导向因子1(Netrin-1)在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月期间我院收治的75例MM患者作为研究对象。选取同期进行体检的健康人30例作为对照组。比较各组CCL7、Netrin-1蛋白表达情况及与MM患者临床特征的关系。结果 MM组患者骨髓液CCL7、Netrin-1蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。MM患者治疗后缓解组CCL7、Netrin-1水平显著低于治疗前及治疗后无效组(P<0.05)。MM患者CCL7、Netrin-1表达水平与性别、年龄、免疫分型无明显相关性(P <0.05),而与D-S分期相关,D-S分期越高,其表达水平越高(P<0.05)。经过Pearson相关性分析,MM患者CCL7表达与Netrin-1呈正相关(r=0.584,P<0.001)。结论 CCL7、Netrin-1在MM患者中表达水平异常升高,且与D-S分期密切相关,提示CCL7、Netrin-1在MM发展过程中有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of chemokine 7(CCL7)and axon-directing factor 1(Netrin-1)in patients with multiple myeloma.Methods From January,2016 to January,2018,75 patients with MM in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,while 30 healthy person who took the physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The relationship between CCL7 and Netrin-1 protein expressions and clinical characteristics of MM patients was studied.Results The expression levels of CCL7 and Netrin-1 protein in bone marrow fluid were significantly higher in MM group than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CCL7 and Netrin-1 in MM patients who responding were significantly lower than those of pre-treatment and patients with no responding to the treatment(P<0.05).The expression levels of CCL7 and Netrin-1 in MM patients were not significantly correlated with sex,age and immunophenotype(P>0.05),but correlated with D-S stage.The higher the D-S stage,the higher the expression levels(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of CCL7 in MM patients was positively correlated with Netrin-1(r=0.584,P<0.001).Conclusion The expression levels of CCL7 and Netrin-1 are abnormally elevated in MM patients and closely related to D-S stage,suggesting that CCL7 and Netrin-1 play an important role in the development of MM.
