摘要
为了研究不同植物激素在不同浓度和不同浸种时间条件下对薰衣草种子萌发的影响,提高其种子发芽率,本试验采用GA_3、6-BA两种植物激素,分别设置4个浓度(50,100,200,300 mg·L^(-1))和2个浸种时间(6,12 h)对薰衣草种子进行浸种处理,测定各处理薰衣草种子的发芽率和发芽势。结果表明,GA_3和6-BA均可显著提高其发芽率和发芽势(P<0.05),其中,GA_3效果优于6-BA;GA_3处理浓度和浸种时间均存在剂量效应,即随着其浓度上升和浸种时间延长,薰衣草种子发芽率和发芽势呈递增趋势,以300 mg·L^(-1)、12 h浸种处理的效果最优,发芽率和发芽势分别为58.00%和51.67%;6-BA处理不存在剂量效应,以100 mg·L^(-1)、6 h浸种处理条件下薰衣草种子发芽率最高,为31.5%,以300 mg·L^(-1)、12 h浸种处理发芽势最高,为19.33%。综合而言,本试验所设的16个处理中以GA_3300 mg·L^(-1)、12 h的浸种处理在促进薰衣草种子萌发方面的效果最好,显著优于其他处理。
To investigate the impacts of phytohormone in different types,different concentrations and different soaking time on the germination of L.angustifolia seeds improving the seeds germination rate,the experiment was conducted with two phytohormone(GA3 and 6-BA),four concentrations(50,100,200,300 mg·L^-1)and two soaking time(6,12 h)were set with each phytohormone,the germination rate and germination potential of L.angustifolia in each treatment were measured.The results showed that both the two phytohormone(GA3 and 6-BA)treatments were significantly increased the germination rate and germination potential of L.angustifolia seeds,of which GA3 was better than 6-BA.With the increase of GA3 concentration and the prolongation of GA3 soaking time,the germination rate and germination potential of L.angustifolia seeds showed an increasing trend,indicating that the concentration and soaking time of GA3 on the germination of L.angustifolia seeds existed a dose effect,which the seeds soaked in 300 mg·L^-1 of GA3 for 12 h had the highest germination rate(58.00%)and germination potential(51.67%).The concentration and soaking time of 6-BA had no dose effect,which the germination rate of L.angustifolia seeds was the highest(31.5%)at 100 mg·L^-1 and 6 h,while the germination potential was the highest(19.33%)at 300 mg·L^-1 and 12 h.In conclusion,among the 16 treatments in this experiment,the seed soaking with 300 mg·L^-1 GA3 for 12 h hnd the best effect in promoting the germination of L.angustifolia seeds,which was significantly better than other treatments.
