旅游景区失地农民可持续生计研究进展

Reviews on Sustainable Livelihood of Land-Lost Farmers in Tourist Areas

近年来,旅游业发展进入快车道。然而,发展旅游业却占用了大量农村集体土地并产生了很多失地农民,此问题处理不好极易引发社会冲突。因此,为理清失地农民问题的研究进展,识别失地农民可持续生计的研究状况,通过文献回顾法、系统分析法等对国内外大量代表性文献进行梳理、归纳和评析,对失地农民可持续生计概念、框架、评价方法、指标及生计策略选择等进行评述。研究认为失地农民可持续生计研究涵盖定义、框架、评价指标、问题、影响因素、策略选择等,这几方面内容同属于一个体系,关联性强,其中,可持续生计的定义、框架是基础,可持续生计问题和因素是研究重点,提出可持续生计解决对策是研究目的。

In recent years,tourism has entered a fast lane.However,the development of tourism has taken up a large amount of rural collective land and has produced many landless peasants,improper handling of the problems,which might cause the soolal conflicts.Therefore,in order to clarify the research progress of landless peasants,identify the research status of the sustainable livelihood of landless peasants,this paper summarized a large number of representative documents at home and abroad through literature review method and systematic analysis method,the livelihood concepts,frameworks,sustainable livelihood assessment methods,indicators,and livelihood strategy choices were reviewed.The study believed that the sustainable livelihood research of land-lost farmers covers definitions,frameworks,evaluation indicators,problems,influencing factors,and strategic choices.These aspects were belonged to one system and highly correlated.Among them,the definition and framework of sustainable livelihoods were the foundation,the problems and factors of sustainable livelihoods were the research focus,and the propose of sustainable livelihood solutions was the research purpose.
