我国现代农业产业技术体系建设典型经验及对天津的启示 被引量:2

摘要 现代农业产业技术体系建设是我国农业科技体制改革中的一项重大创新。地方现代农业产业技术体系作为国家现代农业产业技术体系的延伸和补充,经过十年来的快速发展,积累了丰富的经验,对提升国家、区域创新能力和农业科技自主创新能力,起到有效推动作用。本文立足我国现代农业产业技术体系发展实践,通过文献研究法,整理分析北京、山东、山西等典型地区现代农业产业技术体系建设做法和经验,并结合天津现代农业产业技术体系建设实际,提出围绕产业链打造科技链、提高协同创新能力、强化体系推广服务能力和以人为本的创新团队建设等几点启示,对天津现代农业产业技术体系建设具有借鉴作用,从而为加快天津现代都市型农业和乡村振兴发展提供产业实证依据,具有重要的现实意义。 The construction of modern agricultural technology system is an important innovation in the reform of agricultural science and technology system in China.As an extension and supplement of the national modern agricultural industry technology system,the local modern agricultural industry technology system has accumulated rich experience after ten years of rapid development.It has played an effective role in promoting national and regional innovation and independent innovation in agricultural science and technology.This paper was based on the development practice of modern agricultural industry technology system in China.By literature research and investigating the construction practices and experiences of modern agricultural industry technology system in typical areas such as Beijing,Shandong and Shanxi,this paper summarized some enlightenment of building the science and technology chain around the industrial chain and strengthening the ability of collaborative innovation and system extension service.This research has referenced significance for the construction of modern agricultural industry technology system and the practice basis for accelerating the development of modern urban agriculture and rural revitalization in Tianjin.
