摘要
班级成长共同体,是在班集体建设中以若干学生为成员组成的多元化的学习与成长的团体。成长共同体开展常规工作、组织成长活动、进行合作学习,开展常规工作评价和学习评价。在心理导师和学业导师的共同指导下,成长共同体实现了规范发展、高效运行。
Class growth community is a kind of diverse learning and growing groups formed by a number of students in the constructing of class, which conducts routine work, organizes growing activities, and carries out cooperative learning as well as organizing routine assessments on work and learning. Under the guidance of mental tutors and academic tutors, growth community has achieved the normative development and effi cient operation.
