摘要 名师对于一线教师的成长具有引领和示范的作用,其身上有着巨大的精神力量、博大的思想精华、丰富的教学智慧、深刻的教学理念。一线教师可以从名师的成长经历、主题报告、课堂教学、教学论著、教育思想等不同维度认真学习、深入研究,全方位、立体化地感知名师风采,并结合自身实际进行批判性吸收,借名师的资源引领自己驶向专业发展的快车道,促进专业快速发展。 Famous teachers play the role of guidance and demonstration in the growth of front-line teachers, and they have tremendous spiritual power, broad ideological essence, rich teaching wisdom, and profound teaching philosophy. Front-line teachers may carefully learn from famous teachers from various dimensions of growing experiences, theme reports, classroom teaching, teaching works, and educational thoughts to understand and perceive their demeanor in an all-round way. Meanwhile, front-line teachers may critically draw sustenance according to their own reality, and by relying on the resources of famous teachers they may guide themselves onto the fast lane of professional development, promoting the quick development of their professions.
