建筑协同设计中的BIM技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 协调性是BIM技术的五大特性之一,是区别于传统设计的重要内容,可以大幅提高建筑从业的效率,为工程整体目标的实现提供保障。基于BIM的建筑协同设计拥有传统模式下不可替代的优点,根据所面临的对象范围不同,可将其分为宏观协同和微观协同;根据所采用的方式不同,可将其模式分为工作集式和链接式,并通过Revit三维模型实例进行协同设计和实施,实施过程中,在建立局域网的基础上,创建了协同设计的中心文件集,对所有参与人员进行任务分工和权限分配,设计过程中适时进行进度跟踪和冲突协调。
