摘要
高职—本科接续培养人才模式的探索与研究,以资源勘查类专业为例展开,从专业设置、课程体系、师资资源等方面进行各层次无断层的有机衔接,探索研究"三二分段、校企融合、合二为一"的接续培养人才模式,实现了开发技能的延续,达到了职业能力接续培养的目的。
Aiming at the exploration of and research on the talent cultivating model of higher vocational education linking to undergraduate education, taking resource exploration majors as an example, this paper explores the linking talent cultivating model of "three-two segment","school-enterprise integration", and "two in one" from the organic connection of professional placement, curriculum system, and teaching staff resources, realizing the continuation of developing skills and achieving the goal of the linking cultivation of professional abilities.
