提升学前教育师范生教学设计能力的策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 教学设计能力是教师专业素养的重要内容之一。目前,学前教育师范生的教学设计能力存在诸多问题,如活动目标制订不合理、活动准备不适宜、活动过程有效性不足。导致这些问题的原因有:学前师范生自主发展意识薄弱、教学经验匮乏、教学法课程教学存在误区、校内师资不符合要求、校外实践教学条件缺乏保障等。为了提升学前师范生教学设计能力,从增强学前师范生自主发展意识、拓展教学经验、优化教学法课程教学、建立高素质的师资队伍、改善校外实践教学条件五个方面提出相应策略。 Teaching design ability is an important prerequisite for teachers to have the teaching qualification and professional quality. At present, there are many problems in the teaching design ability of preschool education majors, such as unreasonable activity goal, inappropriate activity preparation and ineffective activity process. The causes of these problems include weak awareness of independent development of preschool education students, lack of teaching experience, erroneous teaching of pedagogical courses, unqualified teachers on campus, and lack of guarantee for external practice teaching conditions. In order to improve the teaching design ability of preschool education majors, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from five aspects, including strengthening the consciousness of independent development of preschool education majors, expanding teaching experience, optimizing teaching methods, establishing high-quality teachers and improving the practice teaching conditions outside the school.
