摘要
针对高压旋喷桩在石渣层中施工时发生漏浆而导致喷浆过程中不返浆的问题,比较采取填砂、降压、调浓水泥浆液以及充填灌浆等措施的效果。结果表明:高压旋喷施工过程中若出现不返浆的情况,采用充填灌浆进行堵漏效果显著,在漏浆不严重的情况下,通过简单的调控措施(填砂、调整施工参数等)亦可保证高压旋喷施工的正常进行。
To solve the slurry leakage problem of high-pressure jet grouting pile in construction of stone slag layer,the paper compares measures such as sand-filling,pressure-reducing,cement slurry and filling grouting and get to know that the filling grouting measure achieves obvious effect,and when the slurry leakage is not serious,with simple control measures(sand filling,adjustment of construction parameters,etc.),the normal operation of high-pressure jet grouting construction can be guaranteed.
