摘要
通过对宁德市2017—2018年省、市级科技特派员的现状进行调查研究,结果显示:宁德省、市级科技特派员主要以个人科技特派员为主,服务对象主要为农业,目前科技特派员建设工作已经整体初现规模效应,后期应加强团队和法人科技特派员的团队、服务模式和管理等的建设工作。
This paper has an research on the status of sci-tech special commissioners in Ningde City from 2017 to 2018. Results show that the type of sci-tech special commissioners in Ningde mainly focus on individuals, and the service object is mainly for agriculture. Currently, the construction work of sci-tech special commissioners has already achieved preliminary scale effect. The service mode, management and team construction should be given priority to in the future.
