摘要
合成了一系列含磷硅树脂并将其用于甲基乙烯基硅橡胶的阻燃改性。结果表明,含磷硅树脂的引入降低了硅橡胶的热释放速率和质量损失速率,改善了硅橡胶的阻燃性能。当含磷硅树脂的用量为30份时,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶的LOI值可达28,较未添加含磷硅树脂的硅橡胶提升了35%,UL94等级可以达到V-0级。但是,含磷硅树脂会使硅橡胶的力学性能有所下降。
A series of phosphorus-containing silicone resins were synthesized and applied on the flame retardant modification of methyl vinyl silicone rubber.Results show that the introduction of phosphorus-containing silicone resin decreases the heat release rate and mass loss rate of silicone rubber,and improves the flame retardancy of silicone rubber.When the amount of phosphorus-containing silicone resin is 30 phr,the limiting oxygen index(LOI) value of methyl vinyl silicone rubber reaches 28,which is 35% higher than that of silicone rubber without phosphorus-containing silicone resin,and UL94 rating reaches grade V-0.However,the mechanical properties of silicone rubber will be decreased by the phosphorus-containing silicone resin.
